Ben Ipson

Ben Ipson was born in Richmond, VA and grew up in Tappahannock, VA.

Ben is a sports enthusiast having past experience playing football, baseball, cross country, soccer, and wrestling in high school.

Having lived in VA for over thirty years and being an avid travel enthusiast for all types of traveling adventures across the state and internationally, Ben regularly sees new opportunities in many communities across VA.

Attended Old Dominion University (ODU) for college where he completed his bachelor's and master's degrees studying history, business administration, and contract management and procurement.

He has lived, bought, and sold homes in multiple areas of Virginia with extensive experience in the Central VA and Hampton Roads markets.

Lending what he has learned in ten years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry he will work with you to determine the best plan of action on buying or selling a property. 

One of his greatest strengths is that he can help advise on if buying an existing home or building a new home is a better option to meet your long term goals, as well as in depth cost analysis of renovations and repairs needed on homes you are interested in.
